Whispering Hills Jellystone Park

Great place to camp without going off the grid.
Fishing and swimming was fun.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Pool is perfect when you need to cool off. Rustic cabins are nice if you enjoy open fire cooking.

We had a wonderful family stay at Whispering Hills Jellystone Park and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and family-oriented campground!
We stayed in the White Cedar cabin and were very impressed from the moment we arrived. The cabin was spotless — fresh towels and clean sheets were all set up and ready for us. The kitchen area was well-equipped, and we especially loved having the flat-top Griddle outside. It made cooking meals easy and enjoyable every day.
The staff was very helpful and even arranged a late check-in for us with no problems. If you live outside the USA, I strongly recommend sending an email in advance with any special requests — they were responsive and made everything work smoothly.
The park is fantastic for kids. There are plenty of activities including a great swimming pool, two jumping pillows, playgrounds, and lots of organized family events with the Yogi Bear theme. It’s clearly designed with families in mind, and the staff works hard to keep everything running smoothly so everyone has a great time.
The grounds are well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. We felt safe, comfortable, and entertained the entire time.

We've been coming to this campground for many years and always have a great time. There's a lot of activities for the kids, staff are friendly, food is good, and we like the amenities offered. However, the last couple years I will say the cabins haven't been the cleanest. We've stayed in the white cedar chateau cabins which are supposed to be the nicer ones and they need a serious deep cleaning. Right after checking in, I swept the floor with the broom and the amount of dust, dirt, and crumbs was gross. I wiped down the counters and tables and they were dirty, and the amount of dirt and dust under the beds looked like those areas had never been cleaned. There were stains and cob webs on the walls and the cover on the pull out couch wasn't clean. There were flies, ants, and spiders inside. I get it we're camping, but for the price you pay to stay in the cabins, I definitely expect them to be cleaner. We come here with family every year and enjoy our time here so we will be back, but I do hope they do a better job of cleaning the cabins.

We had a great time! It’s an awesome spot for families with plenty of activities for the kids. The jumping pillows were a huge hit, and the Foam Bubble event was a blast—there was so much foam! The main facility and shower house were clean and well-maintained, but the restroom near our rustic cabin definitely needed repair and a serious cleaning.

The rustic cabin was very basic—you get what get. The bed was rough on my back, and I actually ended up leaving a day early because of it. Next time, we’ll definitely splurge for one of the nicer cabins.

That said, the overall experience was great. The gift shop was fun, the hand-dipped ice cream was perfect for the warm days, and renting a golf cart made it easy to get around. Staff were friendly and did a great job enforcing safety rules in a respectful way. We’ll be back!
