Happydale Retreat

We had a great stay at this campground cabin. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful, especially around the water, and it made for a really relaxing getaway. The cabin was comfortable and just what we needed for a quiet weekend away. We would definitely consider staying here again

I loved it here! The staff were super accommodating and flexible. It was a really nice spot. This is the perfect place to “camp” when you want some luxuries with it. I saw some of the bad reviews and feel like it was the complete opposite. Had 0 issues.

This campground will always hold such a special place in our hearts. We got married here two years ago, and coming back this weekend for our anniversary felt like coming home. It’s just as beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm as we remembered. Every corner brought back the sweetest memories — and somehow, it felt even more magical this time around. The perfect mix of nature, nostalgia, and love. We can’t wait to keep coming back year after year. 🤍

What a beautiful and wonderful place to spend the weekend or week! The little A-Frames were well constructed and had many amenities. Also each bathroom was fully functional and equipped. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

My wife and I have stayed at these A-Frames for the past three years and each year the experience has been better and better!

Our most recent trip was to celebrate our first-year wedding anniversary! It was so fun seeing all of the great changes made to the property.
First, the beds and the A-Frames are super cozy and so comfortable. The air conditioning makes it very easy to control the temperature in the unit.
We loved spending time in the water in the swimming section they have created in one side of the lake. I will be bringing my fishing pole next time because we saw so many fish in the water!
The bathrooms are so clean and also air conditioned (which is so nice when visiting in the heat)!

I would/have recommended a trip to others! We will most definitely be back soon!
