River Bend Family Campground

Great place, but DON'T follow Google maps. They will give you directions, FOLLOW their directions! They keep you off narrow roads. But Very Beautiful!

Very good management. Lots are very clean and staff is attentive to your needs. Great entertainment weekly and awesome campers.

Camp sponsored karaoke night went till 11pm. Drunk campers continued shouting and driving golf carts around the area till almost midnight. Drunk campers zipping past your tent at midnight is not exactly a "family" campground. They held it in the weekend camper area so I assume the noise won’t bother the seasonal campers. It seems like a nice spot if you are a seasonal camper with them and are there for a “good time“ but we quickly realized why most of the weekend spots are not filled. Not our vibe for a family of 5.

My kids love camping here. The park needs improvement. But we love coming here. Always a fun time. We enjoyed the cake walk and we ended up with an entire cake for each of us. It was for the kids but they had so much the adults even got to play and get cake. We ended up giving away most of our cakes because there was no way we could eat all of that.

This is an campground. If there is a hotel or motel, I don't know. The seasonal camping looks like folks get along as some lots seem small. Week or weekend campers have a few choices with and without electricity. Lots of fun for kids. Open space for Frisbee golf and lots of room for bike riding and golf cart. A pavilion is used for activities and performances. Had a good time.
