What Guests Are Saying

River Trail Crossing is a clean campground in a quiet country setting, with friendly and attentive owners. While some RV spaces are cramped and internet connectivity is inconsistent, the location by the river offers beautiful scenery and fair pricing. Amenities like the playground and bathrooms could use improvement, but there are enjoyable fishing opportunities nearby.

RVs are sitting Bumper to bumper! The internet barely works, goes off and on. Some of the bigger rigs are in spaces way too small for the site. No privacy!

Very clean campground in a quiet country setting. Owners are very nice and always present if they need arises.

We camped out by the river and it was gorgeous, but there was no sand box, or pond, and the play ground was just a swing set and the bathrooms we’re disgusting, especially the ones by the office. Not a good fishing spot, mostly tiny minnows, but a lot of craw dads to catch.

Nice camp by the clear fork river. fair price. can hear route 97 traffic but quiets down at night to hear the river babbling. Nice dry bundles of wood for 5 bills. Good fishing hole out behind the campground under the bridge. Barb the host was extremely nice.

I gave it 3 stars due to the fact that the seasonal campers are amazing people. The campers were very friendly and helpful. Our lot was nice and it was very peaceful. The "facilities" such as camp store and restrooms were terrible. Camp store is disorganized and stinks. Sign on bathroom doors says closed for cleaning 1pm-2pm. Not sure what day of the year they clean but during the 4 days we were there the bathroom was NEVER cleaned. There is NO swim pond either.
