We have been at Glacier Hills for many years. My original review was great, but I definitely have to give an update. Last year after losing everything in the tornado, which was obviously not their fault, we had our rates raised when we signed our new year contract. We were assured that everyone would be at this rate this year. That info was not true, and we pay more than a lot of people, which is frustrating. Management obviously treats everyone different and does not fix these issues. There is a lot of discord in the campground right now so I would definitely advise searching other campgrounds for your seasonal camping, at least until they fix the management style.

We have been here a few months. We generally come on the week days and it is super quiet. Lots to do on the property.

The lady who is the assistant manager is very condescending. She came up to me and my family with a nasty attitude asking us what lot number we stayed out. We told her our lot number, and she continued to be rude to us and asked us who owned the camper. We told her who owned it! And she continued to stare at us at the pool area. Making us feel really uncomfortable about staying at a place we pay to stay at. She’s all concerned about people sneaking into the pool area, but has no concerns about her friend who was vaping around many children. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can’t say enough good things about this campground! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The sites are spacious and the amenities are top-notch, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

What truly made my stay exceptional were the two amazing managers, Michelle and Amanda. These two go above and beyond every single day. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about making sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Whether it was answering questions, helping with local tips, or just being a kind face around the grounds, Michelle and Amanda made all the difference.

You can tell they take pride in what they do—and it shows. I’ve stayed at a lot of campgrounds over the years, but this one stands out because of their dedication. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great camping experience.

My sister and I rented a spot and set up autopay. On the 7th, they hadn’t taken the rent from the authorized card, told her to pay online and charged a late fee. Then they tried to take the money from my card. We decided to terminate our month to month lease and they tried two times to get $25 from my card. Now they refuse to return the money they already said they would and claim we signed a year lease. They didn’t even give us the open spot we picked out, but gave us a spot that might barely fit her camper.
