Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Check-in time is 1:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

- The office is open Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Utilities
- A water regulator is required for all RVs.
- A surge protector is required for all RVs.
- Use a heated hose or heat tape to prevent water freezing; skirting requires approval, and straw or hay bales are not allowed.
- All RV units must be self-contained; restrooms are closed from November to April.
Site capacity
- Each site allows one camping unit and one vehicle, with a possibility of a second vehicle if space allows.
Vehicles & parking
- Parking on grass is prohibited.
- Boats, jet skis, and minibikes are not allowed.
- Golf carts are permitted, but motorcycles are restricted to entry and exit use only.
Site types & loops
- Tarps and tie-downs are allowed.
- Tent camping and pop-up campers are allowed.
- Indoor furnishings are not allowed on campsites, which cannot be used as storage.
- Aesthetically pleasing skirting is encouraged but not mandatory.
- Non-standard skirting requires office approval and must be removed by April 15.

Fees & deposits
- A $100 fee may apply for maintenance issues determined to be your responsibility after hours; no fee if it's on the campground's end.
- A 15% discount is available for active-duty and retired military service members on monthly rates.
- Proof of military service must be presented at check-in to receive the discount.
- Charging electric vehicles will incur a $75/month fee starting August 1, 2024.
- Monthly payments are due 30 days after the reservation starts.
Safety & rules
- Examples of issues include RV electrical problems, hook-up hoses, or sewer hoses.
- Propane tanks must be secured or placed in milk crates, and larger tanks delivered by third parties need to be on concrete.
- Zero tolerance for public drunkenness, illegal drugs, lewd behavior, violence, speeding, firearms, and fireworks.
- Non-compliance may lead to expulsion and being placed on a ban list.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to campground property, and costs will be charged to their credit card.
- The campground maintains a drug-free policy.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed outside of RVs.
- Speeds over 10 mph are strictly prohibited.
- Winter RV sites are available from November to April.
- RV owners must remove snow around their RVs and vehicles.
- Respond to LCG office communications within 24 hours to avoid fines or reservation termination.
Cancellation policy
- Guests staying 30 days or more must have a background check at a fee of $25 per adult.
- Cancel reservations at least 15 days in advance to avoid fees; $20 fee applies for cancellations within 15 days.
- Early cancellations during your stay will be charged at the weekly rate.
