Pine Creek Cabins & Camping Resort

We had no water for the first night and were notified about one hour before check in. Still no water by 8pm but had to call bc no one checked on us. Had to move us to a different cabin but I had to request it the second day after going back and forth between cabins to use the bathroom. While we were refunded for the first night, we were there for a special occasion. We were never checked on again and they should have done more for us due to the inconvenience. Lots of loud noise. The basement level you couldn’t get to warm unless you placed thermostat on 80 which made the entire house unbelievably hot. We told the manager this and no action at all. Too bad bc I’ve visited so many cabins and this is the first bad experience.

We stayed at the 'Escape' cabin over new years and, unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. We encountered several significant issues: the secondary Dyna-Glo propane heater failed and wouldn't reignite, leaving us cold. The furniture was very uncomfortable, specifically the bed, which had wood screwed between the mattress and box springs.
Most frustrating was the lack of communication. The host was completely unresponsive until we involved Airbnb Support, and even then, no feasible solutions were offered to fix the issues during our stay. I whole-heartedly and honestly cannot recommend this rental to anyone unless these issues are fixed.

Our cabin was absolutely perfect!! The location of Hocking Hills is perfect for our getaway!! Our highest gratitude to the grounds keeper( young lady) she was water plants when we checked in, our code wasn't working soo she helped us out with a smile & great attitude!! We've been very happy staying here. We will definitely be back!!we'll evidently i didn't send post on this 2 months ago.. soo im gonna add. We'll we love this place soo much that we had to come back. Our cabin is absolutely amazing, perfect for us. The owner called me this morning asking if we was ok bcuz it snowed last night and we was on level 3. She said if we needed anything to let her know. Thsnk you Ms Jennifer for taking care of us.

We went to Hocking Hills for a family and friends weekend of hiking, playing games, eating and relaxing. Super fun time in a serene, wooded location. Best cabin I've ever stayed in. Actually even better than the pictures. Beautiful rustic decor, wonderful amenities (which all worked except the wifi), well stocked and clean. Beautiful wrap around porch with a grill, hot tub, 4 rocking chairs and a picnic table and we used everything. Made a cozy fire in the evening under the stars on a gorgeous clear night. I would come back and stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Infact, I'm planning to book another stay here. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great spot for horse camp and camping. Beautiful facility and well maintained. Great access to riding trails and to Hocking Hills State Park entrance. All the employees were so nice and super helpful. Why i gave a 4 star? They do NOT have a working wifi. Their starlink did not even show up. I hope they get this remedied. The bathroom/showers are awesome but there is only one facility. Hoping they look to add another one. Those two things would make this campground near perfect!
