-100 stars This place is horribly gross. Dead insects, mouse droppings. It smelled rotten, because there was rotting food. Its like walking through a hoarded morgue. The service was horrendous. The owners are completely incompetent. The pictures on the site are NOT even remotely close to what it actually looks like. This place is absolutely disgusting. We were being charged to use chair covers and sashes. Except the covers were stained. $5.00 per chair, they looked like pee and other misc stains. There are decorations they don't want to move so they charge you for it. The fencing thing, could be moved but they didn't want to and didn't want us too. They charged almost $2,000. I will be getting my money back.
The bridge had potential, but the campers and homeless tents in the background not so much. The whole place was overgrown. The area the bride and bridesmaids changed was too close to the wedding site, her guest were seeing her before they even went into the venue.
I cannot express how truly disgusting this place is. Don't even get me started on the kitchens, fridges or Bathrooms. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

I've been to a few baby showers and birthday parties here. Was our first time renting for ourselves. Plan to again in fact! We brought and did our own decorations and food. Owner was nice and made sure we had what we needed, left her number for questions (i had no service tho). My literal only complaints are that it needed dusted (the flowers on the walls. Tables and stuff were clean and ready for us!) And they have a large dog that made me a little nervous. But dog never came in the building and after a while he was put away. But when I went to the office to go ask a question he acted grouchy so I turned around and made someone else do it. Haha. But that could just be me! Otherwise I'd recommend this place for parties!

I wish there was a negative star for this place. The photos they are showing are completely false. After paying for this venue for my daughters wedding until 11:00 pm Saturday night, the owner Dee Winters decided she was tired at 8:30 pm and it was time for us to clean up and leave. This is after, I had to take in our own soap for bathrooms, candles to try and get it to smell better (suspect due to the dogs they have inside). No toilet paper, the room for girls to get ready was freezing. Dead mums everywhere which we had to move. Dee Winters did ask if she could make take out plates for her people (which we said of course) only to turn around and I see her taking chicken out of the pan with her hands. (She replied I just washed my hands!).
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Horrible, rude, dirty, and it stinks.
DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON YOUR IMPORTANT DAY!!

I wish there was a negative star rating. This was the most horrible experience for us. My mom paid the entire down payment the day we signed the contract, no issues. We went in for our first meeting to be greeted by dogs inside the venue & walking around the kitchen area. We didn't think much of it until they were there every time we met. The venue smelled old and musty - again nothing thought of it we would just get candles & things to cover up the smell. We had a meeting to decide on decor & set up / everything was written down and then the night of rehearsal we were surprised when the tables weren't set up the way we asked them to be. We had called on Wednesday before the wedding on Saturday and were told that we never signed the contract, which the owner found conveniently the morning of the wedding. We had called 2 different times to ask if we could come in early and decorate and were told no need that we should have plenty of time - again had things been done the way we asked we wouldn't need to do this. We offered to pay additional for things & were told no need. The morning of the wedding the bridal party arrived at noon and asked if we could warm up the food since we rented the hot bar we assumed this would heat the food, nope we were informed that she would need to use the oven (an additional charge) and then we could put it on the hot bar. We rented the venue until 11 on the night of the wedding and at 830 I was told by the owner we needed to get everyone together and have all help us clean up and get out by 930 - mind you nothing was cleaned up yet since we had planned on having things until 11 - she was rude and yelled at my mom. We were asked if her family could come get plates to which we said absolutely - turned around and the to go dishes were over flowing - again nothing was said until the owner was demanding we leave & kept coming back in following us around. We brought in our own flowers as the landscaping was horrid & we were told that they would clean it up only to find out they hadn't. Cobwebs everywhere & the water smelled like sulfer so bad it made you gag. Later I found out she told multiple guests she was tired and was ready to lay down. How do you rent to someone and then push them out? Very unprofessional, very dirty, very rude & I would tell everyone to stay away from this place.

I had book for my two year back but I like to say restroom need update and many other things can be updated at this beautiful place. Really nice location and they allow catering out but charge extra at the end of the event so please sign contract. even after we clean she still charge us.
