I've been seasonal for about 3 -4 years now. The staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities are clean. Sites are all full hookup, but no cable. Many local stations available by antenna. Hard to find a shaded site that doesn't include nut trees.
The many rules of the park cater to a retiree community. If you want it slow and quiet it's perfect. 5 mph is strictly enforced, golf carts included.

Good place to stay. Seems more geared to older couples though. A few kids camp there but it seems that the residence don't always appreciate that kids are going to enjoy the outdoors.
