Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Guests consent to receive automated text messages by providing their mobile number, but this is not a booking condition.
  • Dockage is available from May 1 to mid-October, and no overnight dockage is permitted.

Safety & rules

  • Guests may be refused access if their vessel is deemed unacceptable, and violations can lead to eviction without a refund.
  • Guests indemnify the marina and its operators from claims related to their use of the property.
  • Management may modify or add rules as needed.
  • Guests must follow posted instructions and staff directives during an emergency.
  • All guests must adhere to posted signs and instructions, including environmental policies.
  • U.S. navigation laws must be followed by all vessels in and approaching the marina basin.
  • Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Offensive behavior towards staff or guests can lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Firearms, weapons, explosives, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
  • A "NO WAKE" speed limit must be observed in the marina at all times.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and wear approved flotation devices on docks or the pier.
  • Illegal drugs are prohibited, and alcohol must be consumed responsibly on your vessel.
  • Swimming is prohibited due to the risk of electric shock drowning.
  • Shoes are required to be worn at all times in the marina and on the docks.
  • The marina is not responsible for lost or damaged property, and guests must secure their belongings.
  • Littering and unruly behavior are prohibited; trash must be disposed of properly.
  • Modifications to the dock require written permission.
