Well, not sure why I'll leave a review as they don't seem to address anything just give you a link to send feedback in that I am sure they never look at... But here it goes anyway.
I was there on business in the area and they were the closest to where I needed to be. I did read the reviews but still decided to give them a chance. Well, was that a mistake.
I asked to check in a bit early and they were going to charge me a $25 fee...when the campsite and many around it were completely empty! So it's not like they had to do anything for that $25 they were asking for! Then, upon arriving they were not kind, no smiles and just there to do a job. So I didn't feel welcome to start with.
I asked if they could print off a paper for me at the office and didn't hear back so emailed again and they said they had just closed to ask again in 2 dsys as the office was closed the next day. It was time sensitive and so I went into the Findlay library to get what I needed printed off. Funny thing was is later after they were "closed" someone was still in the office and could have given a bit of support but decided not to.
They gave me a site in the back of the park that was next to a dumpster and a stinky block building with holes in the ground and a toilet to sit on that stank and had tons of cob webs.
Most of the place looks to be long term, yearly or seasonal rentals. Some sites were kept up, most looked like they just plopped outdoor items here and there and didn't upkeep their areas.
So, it was fairly quiet during the week but come the weekend, kids and adults buzzing around on golf carts loud music and talking hours past quiet time....there is no such thing at this park. I didn't bother contacting them as I saw on the reviews they did nothing about it. I just turned on sleep sounds and cranked up the college to drown out the mess going on. People were also loud at their campsites and drinking all night long! (See photo of 1 campsite)
No activities were opened as it was post season. The only good thing about this place was their dog park.

The campsites are so close to each other that u have no room to move. We couldn't even have a fire without possibility catching our truck or neighbors truck on fire. Then the one day that we did stay, our neighbor had a sewage leak and we could no longer sit outside and eat. We set up first day and immediately left the next. There was not flush toilet and o er crowding is not my ideal of camping.

We've been waiting 40 minutes to use the swimming pond. They have 1 girl on staff that had to watch kids on the bounced for 30 minutes while it's locked otherwise for this "reservation". 5 people sitting around the front office and 6 people waiting in the heat to use the amenities that we paid for. Putt-putt is run down, balls roll downhill, cracks in the shuffleboard, and golf carts were $120 a day to rent. When I called the front office to explain that the cost to stay included the use of the amenities and it was unacceptable we were standing around waiting (while there's staff just sitting around) she stated she'd pass it on to management. Apparently the one staff that is working has to babysit the bouncepad and then take her 30 minute break, so know we get to wait another 30 minutes to use it. Do not stay here if you plan on using the amenities when it's convenient and you're ready or your kids are ready to use anything that the cost included. Staff doesn't seem to care they are being unprofessional and rude to guests who paid for these things to use. If they fixed the place up, put some money and effort and hired staff who care about their guests experience, it might be an enjoyable place to stay. Until corporate (who will also be contacted) investigates this, corrects it, and takes a look at their policies, I won't be back and I recommend searching elsewhere.

We needed a family friendly campground with full hookups in NW Ohio for a midweek camping trip with our two grandchildren. Adventure Bound Pleasant View near Findlay showed up in searches and advertised a 'flash sale' on FHU sites. We waited for a site to 'open up' and reserved one (and by waiting until the site was released for the sale, you are no longer eligible for a refund).
Upon arrival (an hour early, unfortunately), we were denied entry unless we paid an additional 25 dollar fee. We walked back to our assigned site (and were scolded for it) and found the site open. The office manager, 'Regina' was rude, and argumentative (she insisted our small dog's rabies vaccination record was expired because it was 2026 not 2025). She lectured us on a litany of rules. We were charged an additional 100 dollars for my adult daughter for 5 nights and an additional 20 dollars for my other daughter to drop off our two grandchildren.
Needless to say, our site was nothing like the pictures online, and we were located in an area primarily utilized for workers in the construction and pipeline industries and their families. Nice people just trying to survive...
The roads are dirt/gravely in this area, our picnic table and patio were covered in smelly black mold, slimy algae and dirt...I had to scrub it with bleach cleaner and rinsed it with fresh water to make it usable. We were within several feet of neighbors who were using our picnic table as a work surface for cleaning out a plugged toilet.
Our shared water connection was in a mud-filled pit. 75 yards away, accumulated rotting garbage in the dumpsters from the weekend sat for days in 90 degree heat before being removed. The only child-oriented amenity that was clean and readily accessible was the pool. Everything else was either closed (swimming pond) or too filthy to use (jumping pad).
We made the best of our time there because using the 'flash sale' option makes you ineligible for a refund.
Beware of this place and believe the negative reviews! The entire office staff should be fired; the grounds people were pleasant enough.

The pictures on the website are very misleading. I paid for a 50 amp w/s/e pull through site which provided absolutely no grass, just gravel. We didn’t have a concrete slab and no flat area for our picnic table. The sites are extremely narrow with no where to park your car and no safe area to use the fire pit. The whole grounds in general need lots of work. The grass around the fishing pond badly needed mowed and the pond was covered in moss. They allow far too many guests of campers in on the weekend. We couldn’t even use the amenities due to lack of chairs and life vests. I highly recommend finding another campground and will not be returning.
