Policies & Rules
Noise
- Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
- Loud music or excessive noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times.
Deposit
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Monthly Rent is due on the 1st day of your reservation each month. If not paid by the 3rd day of your reservation for the month, a $25 per day fee will be added to your account. If payment is not received by the 5th day of your reservation for the month, guests are subject to eviction from the property.
- We require a credit card on file for incidentals, damages, or unpaid balances. Please call the office to add or modify the payment method on file.
- Violation of any rule or state law is grounds for dismissal from the park without a refund.

Safety
- Illegal drugs are prohibited; alcohol must be consumed responsibly within your own campsite.
- If you request or accept assistance while backing into your site, you do so at your own risk. The park is not liable for any damage that may occur during the process.
- Trash may be disposed of in the large green dumpster at the park entrance. Follow the sign on the fence to the access door.
- For everyone’s safety, open fires of any kind are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.
- The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles—including mail and/or deliveries—or personal injury or damage from any cause.

General
- Keep the campground clean and behave appropriately.
- Soliciting or conducting any commercial business on the property without written permission is prohibited.
- Only one RV or travel trailer is allowed per campsite.
- Please keep your outdoor camp areas tidy and uncluttered. Failure to comply will result in eviction.
- Bogey Oasis runs on well water, please be mindful of water consumption.
- No generators are permitted
- Pressure Regulators are required on all water connections
- Skirting: Winterization must be approved by management.
- Clothes lines are not permitted on the property.
- Altering the campsite, including digging or installing equipment, or altering the covered patio, is not allowed without management approval.
- Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited; help us preserve the natural environment.
- Turn off water connections when leaving your site.
- Rent must be prepaid; personal checks and cash are not accepted.
- Rates include 2 adults and 2 children. Each additional person age 3 and over is $5 per day.
- RVs must be 15 years old or newer. Older RVs may be allowed with prior approval, please submit a one minute walk-around video of the outside of your camper to [email protected].
- Electricity usage over the average of 22kw per day will be billed to you at OEC rate + 35%.
- Laundry and bathroom facilities are for tenants only.
- Oil field clothing is not permitted in washers or dryers.
- Do not overfill washers and dryers.
- Adhere to all posted rules for common areas, restrooms, showers, and other facilities.
- Dumping grey tank waste on the ground is strictly prohibited.
- Do not dispose of grease, paper, feminine products, or solids (toys, pieces of clothing, etc.) in the septic system.
- In case of emergency, follow all posted instructions and directives from park staff.

- All service requests must be submitted via email or text—please do not approach on-site staff directly.
- Tenants assume all risks associated with camping and agree to hold the property harmless from and indemnify the property against any claims.
- Evictions may occur without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with the rules and policies.
- The property is privately owned; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as deemed necessary.
- The owners reserve the right to conduct background checks on tenants at any time, with or without prior notice to the occupant.
- Management reserves the right to modify or add rules as necessary.

Parking
- For the safety of all guests and to protect park property, activities that may damage roads, RV pads, or walkways are strictly prohibited. This includes burnouts, donuts, skidding, or reckless operation of any vehicle or equipment. This policy applies to all motorized and non-motorized vehicles, including cars, bikes, electric scooters, and children’s electric ride-on vehicles.
- A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per site.
- Vehicle washing is not permitted in the park.
- Keep all vehicles on paved or designated surfaces—this applies to both driving and parking.
- Speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and safely at all times. Diesel trucks may idle for up to 5 minutes only—no extended idling allowed.
- Parking of any vehicles on the grass is prohibited. Guests will be responsible for any damage to underground utilities due to parking on the grass.
- The washing of Cars, RV’s, or Travel Trailers is not permitted in the park.
- We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.
- Firearms are permitted on the property; however, open carry is not allowed. All firearms must remain secured and out of sight at all times.
Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed inside any buildings, including the laundry, bathrooms, and storm shelters.
Check-out
- Jack pads must be placed under every lift leg on your RV, they will be provided at your site. Please return them upon check-out.
- Check-in is at 11 a.m.; check-out is by 10 a.m.
Pets
- Pets must remain inside your camper or on a leash with a collar when outside. Do not leave pets unattended outdoors. Guests must clean up after pets in all areas of the park, including the dog park.
- Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.
- Small Dogs only, no more than 2 per site. Must be 25lbs or under.
- A $50 cleanup fee will apply for any site left with trash, cigarette butts, pet waste, or similar debris.
Guests
- In freezing weather, disconnect your water hose or use a freeze heater and/or insulated hose to prevent damage. Please note that guests will be responsible for any freeze damage that occurs.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash and keeping their site free of clutter.
- Guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the park and its owners from any claims arising from their use of the property.
- Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage to personal property.
