Belle Starr is a beautiful and well-maintained campground with spacious, clean sites and stunning lake views. Love Eufaula lake and the swimming beach but the camp site grass was tall and stickers everywhere

We always enjoy our time at Belle Starr. Large campsites that are nice and spread out from other campsites and are close proximity to the beach. My only complaint this stay was they had not mowed. Trekking thru the tall grass and stickers to get to the beach and the water spigot was NOT a pleasant experience.

It would be nice if the people that have reservations and don’t show up would let y’all know so someone else could take their spot. Maybe a confirmation sent to them and if they don’t respond, they get booted out. Or better yet. Bring back first come first serve.

It’s a simple lovely campground that’s looked after well. Water and power and a very lovely view of Lake Eufaula. Peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!

Only thing was sand burs where they had let grass get to tall. They had mowed right before we went but the kids kept stepping on them

It was wonderful. Nice park. It was pleasantly quiet when we were there. Beautiful water front view from our campsite at C17. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice park. However, the door was left open to the women's bathroom and it was filled with small bugs (gnats?). They were everywhere, even in the toilet, toilet paper rolls, etc. I assume this was just a one-time occurrence and would not prevent me from wanting to stay here in the future.

This was our 3rd stay at Belle Starr. I love being right on the water, the size of the sites are so nice and spacious. We won’t be staying in the fall any more because of the sticky burrs in the grass. They hurt! We also had issue with biting ants. Nearly a week later my husband and brothers ankles still look horrible because of ant bites. Poor guys were in a lot of pain.
