Grass was knee high around our sight.
All the day campers allowed in left trash on the beach. They should be charged as well.
Gate attendants and host do a good job but need to be charging these people.

Park was clean, lot was level, park officials were pleasant and very informative. We have stayed at Belle Starr many time with no problems.

During a 100 degree day our electricity went out and they didn't come out to fix it until the next day. Luckily, we lived close.
I really wish they would remodel the East side campsites. They are falling apart from age. Bringing them up to today's standards would be nice. But, its still our favorite campground.

It was whole hog weekend in Eufaula, my husband and I didn’t go but my daughter and granddaughter did and enjoyed the venders in the park and purchased a few things. My husband and I stayed at the campsite per se and enjoyed the boat and wave runner. Always enjoy our time camping at Belle Starr

i think yall need to fix the bathrooms on the east and west middle, the west side end is the only one working,

Watercolor and electric were great. Beach was awesome. Swimming was great. Not really a great fishing area at the site. (C13) The bathrooms were kind of far away. But, mostly I was disappointed by the condition of the bbq grill. It had not been cleaned out and was not very cohesive to use. All in all we had a great time.

From Eufaula, Oklahoma, take Highway 69N to the OK-150 exit toward Texanna Road/State Park/Lake Eufaula.Turn right onto E1140 Rd/Texanna Rd. Travel east for 2 miles, turn right onto Belle Starr Rd/Northsouth 420, travel south for 2 miles and you will arrive at Belle Starr Campground.
The campground is accessible via US Highway 69, which is approximately 10 miles to the west.

General
- October-March there are no gate attendants on duty, a volunteer will make rounds and check in/out campers. If you need assistance please call the Eufaula Project Office 918-799-5843
- Gates open at 6AM and close at 10PM. Camping is permitted in designated campsites only. Each campsite is limited to 1 wheeled camping unit with up to 3 tents. Camping is limited to 14 consecutive days within any 30 day period. Campers must occupy the campsite at least once during each 24 hour period. Each campsite may not have its own water spigot, some share with adjacent sites consequently you may need extra hose to reach, we apologize for the inconvenience. Campers shall keep their sites free of trash and litter during the period of occupancy and shall remove all personal equipment and clean their sites upon departure. Fires must be contained within the fire ring or grill provided. These are NOT trash receptacles, please leave them free of food and litter upon departure. Bathrooms are closed and winterized from November 1st - March 31st.
