What Guests Are Saying
Flat Rock Creek is a well-maintained campground that offers beautiful views of the lake and clean facilities. Campers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, spacious sites, and peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for families and fishing enthusiasts. While some restrooms need updates and there are a few safety concerns regarding dead trees, overall, visitors have enjoyed their experiences and plan to return.

Loved it there, peaceful and quiet. Very nice camping area and spots. Attendants are very nice and a pleasure to be around. Facilities are clean and camp areas are well taken care of. Heading back the week of Thanksgiving.

Stayed 3 nights in site 11 and 2 nights at site 15. All sites are back-in. Site 11 is level with great of lake. Lots of space between sites. Site 15 is very unlevel but you get a panoramic view of the lake. It is on the corner of road to bathrooms and trash dumpsters, and convenient for that. Water and electric at site. You are able to dump tanks on your way out, but takes a special road to do it, so be prepared. While I was here at the end of October, trees starting to change and lots of pelicans on the water. Also, beautiful sunsets!! Camp hosts have been here for many years and very nice. Gates close at 10 pm and reopens at 6 am. Felt very safe while I was here.

Flat Rock is a very clean camping area, family friendly and pet friendly. Just make sure you bring camp lights for around your sight and flashlights for trips to the bathroom. The gate atendent were great, they cleaned the bathrooms constantly, checked on the camp sites and helped park a few travelers. My family will definitely be returning!
