Camp Ferncrest - Flint Creek

Spent a wonderful weekend escaping the hustle of daily life. Camp is set on a beautiful segment of Flint Creek with views from your bed overlooking the water. Each campsite has its own picnic table with room below the dome for cooking next to the fire pit. Recommend bringing a table for your camp stove and food prep. Host was extremely nice and accommodating the entire stay. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay here. The views of the creek are absolutely incredible, making it easy to relax and unplug. The glamping domes are thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Everything felt intentional and high quality.

The bathhouses were spotless and had that fresh-wood scent that made the whole experience feel even more elevated. You can tell they really care about the details.

We tried both the electric and the wood-fired wellness amenities. Both were excellent, but the wood-fired option is definitely worth the wait. It adds something special to the experience.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway.

Mind Blown! This experience is forever memorable. We had seen some videos on social media about this special location on a very clean creek. The videos do not do it Justice. True beauty and thoughtful landscaping has created a truly beautiful escape. Amenities are amazing with multiple hot tubs and multiple saunas and even a cold plunge. Also multiple playgrounds for the kiddos. We had Dome # 3 which literally hangs right over the creek! (Not scary). The king size mattress was super comfy and we were impressed with how spacious the area still felt while also being cozy and romantic. Upon arrival Gary greeted us and was super kind , polite, and very informative. He was so gracious to give us a tour of the property and helped with our luggage! Impressive!!! The owner Chris also popped in the evening and was super cool and gave us great information. I cannot recommend this space enough.

This property is AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make ur stay relaxing and cozy. We actually had the whole entire site to ourselves because it was Super Bowl weekend. Score! We took advantage of the hot tub and enjoyed ourselves throughly. This is a definite go to spot for couples. Very romantic and CLEAN. We stayed in the creek side with an amazing view. There is a kid side too with playgrounds and stuff. We are definitely coming back with the kiddos during the summer. Add this to ur list of places to visit. You won’t be disappointed.

My family and I drove from Nashville to spend 2 nights at a Ferncrest glampround on January 19th.
We are curious about this business model and wanted to experience it in the middle of winter.

The below freezing temps made for some extra help needed from the staff, but they were amazing. We very much enjoyed our cozy accommodations, the sauna, and hot tub were all a big hit.

The Flint River was enjoyable to walk along, and we were thrilled to see a bald eagle, many geese, and a blue heron crane.

We had a good conversation with one of the owners and left with really good memories of family time, new experiences, the beauty of our world, and the kindness of people.
