I was raised in Eufaula, and had camped here many times the rough those years. When I married I moved to the OKC area. As we retired and purchased our 1st RV, I was so excited to bring my husband to #9 to camp.
Love the view, the bathrooms were clean, well stocked. Disappointed in the camp sites, I do understand water level was up for quite some time a lot of the sites have damage to the pads, where you can't even back the RV in there. We walked around look at different sites as a morning walk. There was trash that had been there long enough that had dirt covering part of it.
Most disappointing of all were the showers, there was mold on the walls, (I do have pictures). There was trash in the stalls you can tell had been there a while. We wanted to use the showers to save on filling our RV.
Unfortunately, our next camping trip to the Eufaula area will probably be at a different park.
Did we tell the attendance? We would have except they are not open except for the weekend, there was a vehicle at the Camp host camper, but no one was there.
I love lake Eufaula, and I hope that the attendance will correct this problem.

Spot was oddly placed. Too close to next camp. No privacy. Rude neighbors to our south. They overflowed to our space. Also we did not have a grill at our site.

We had difficulty locating our site. The site was awkward.

Camp host very courteous. Campsites are rundown ,tables caving in,parking pads eroded, dead trees everywhere. Number 9 marina is taking over that part of lake,so ,they are building more docks very noisy, like camping next to a construction site, banging ,hammering ,yelling .the fishing was good though, mainly why I was there.

Need Dump Station inArea Hwy9 East. otherwise you have to pull poly tank acrosss busy highway and go about 3/4 mile to dump. bathrooms could be cleaner dirt doppers nest, spider webs every where in bathroom.

I love the place but I think they should take care of it a little better. They definitely need someone to clear out the small trees and bushes that are growing up near the water, do more mowing and clean the showers and bathrooms better . Other than that the place would be fantastic.
