Campground is one of the best I've ever stayed at. Clean and well maintained. Campground crew is courteous and professional at all times checking on the guests and grounds daily with minimal interruptions.

We always enjoy camping at Doris in the fall. The weather was just right and we hiked, biked, and explored some of our favorite spots.

Love this campground in the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge. We have stayed here numerous times over the years. We hike within the park and mountain bike at the nearby community of Medicine Park. One thing to be aware of is that Ft Still borders the National Wildlife Refuge and they test artillery there. It is not uncommon to hear the sounds of artillery fire from the base. It freaked out our dog the first time, but now we just put a thunder sweater on he and she fine if we hear it.
