This is supposed to be a gated park that closes at 10pm and is no day use. We had multiple problems with people coming in without paying and pulling into spots or driving through the grass down to the shore to swim. When we arrived people who did not pay to be there were parked in my spot swimming so I had to wait for them to walk back to their car and move so that I could park in my spot. They only work the gate a few hours on each day of the weekend and it is wide open for anyone to come in and use unsupervised the rest of the time. Our group has had multiple things stolen as anyone can come in at night now. This campsite is literally in the best possible location on this lake but seems to be getting worse every year. Most of the spots are starting to fall apart and half of them in section E and all of F need to be upgraded to full concrete pads with table covers. We have our family reunion here every year and rent about 20 spots for 2 weeks and we have talked about trying to find a better park if they can’t maintain this one and actually have a host at the gate.

I really enjoy this campground. I just wish there was a restroom and shower facility in the area between A and B camp areas.

Camp site was partially mowed. The site gets quite a bit of walk through traffic because that portion of the campground doesn't have a dedicated beach area. The water is shared with the site next to it so a longer hose is required. If you like shade trees, there are none at this site. The ground around the site is unlevel but the pad was good. I've never seen so many millipedes before. We had to really watch the dog. Not a bad stay overall

We’ve rented 25+ times and this is the first time we’ve had an issue with a 30 amp breaker tripping. E14 wouldn’t let us run our AC at all. We moved to another spot and it wasn’t as bad but still tripped when we turned on a fan with AC. Nice campground but gotta have AC so won’t be back.

Excellent spot. Shade trees and grassy slopes to water. Good water pressure.
