Just hated the fact we pulled out 3 days early and only was refunded for one day and that took almost a month

I usually love staying at lakeside. But this time I had a homeless woman on my site when I arrived and had to get her to move. She was supposed to be on the site behind mine. There was a man mowing grass that came down and told her she didn't have to move because I was there early.. But I had reserved the site for the day before so I could get there first thing in the morning. He also told her I should have just taken her spot since they was next to each other. He never said anything to me I could just hear what he was saying... First time something like this has ever happened to me... If it happens again I will not stay at lakeside again.... Maybe they could better monitor who is camping and who are homeless .. it was obvious this lady was living in her car..and sleeping in a small tent... No other camping equipment of any kind was on site..

Great spacious sites that are not crammed together. Facilities are clean, grounds mowed nicely, dumpster areas emptied regularly. All personnel competent and friendly. Volunteers are great as well.
