We camped in the B-section. Grass was cut short and lake access was great. As I have said before, some of the campsites should have sewer hook-ups. I know it takes alot of plumbing and electrical infrastructure work but it would make the camping experience for those sites much more relaxing and comfortable. All in all, we will return many more times.

My husband and I had spot 14 reserved for our 50 amp camper on August 20th-23rd. Upon arrival and setting up camp, we noticed the electrical box was not working properly and was only putting off enough power to operate one of our A/C units. It was over 100 degrees outside. The camp host was not at her station at this time. We called all the numbers listed to report the non-working electrical box, and left voicemails. We had no other choice to reserve an additional RV spot, #15. I submitted a refund request for the spot 14 and have not received a phone call back or any additional information if we will get our money back or not. Just a heads up if you are taking a 50 amp camper there in the heat of the summer, the 50 amps listed for each site may or may not be 50.

We have stayed at several Texoma sites this summer and Lakeside is our favorite. The sites are well maintained, perfectly spaced and easy to navigate. The bathrooms were great. The Lakeside experience was overall wonderful. Will be returning!

We enjoy staying at Lakeside, we are close to the water, it’s clean, quiet and peaceful. All it needs is showers on B loop.

Site B4 was awesome. Plenty of shade and the parking pad was nice and level. It's a short walk to the water from there and I was able to keep my fishing kayak in the water by my site overnight.
It would really be awesome if there was a shuttle from the boat ramp to the sites though. I was by myself and it was difficult to get my truck to and from the ramp so I could keep my Kayak in the water overnight.

It’s a very quiet campground with concrete pads and room for extra parking along with spots next to the water where you can park the boat in the water.
