What Guests Are Saying
Billy Creek Campground offers a true primitive camping experience, set in a secluded location. While there are challenges like wildlife encounters and basic amenities, the overall atmosphere is enjoyable. Campers should prepare by bringing their own water and necessary supplies, as facilities need improvement.

If you are looking for true primitive camping, Billy Creek is your place.
Besides the over abundance of skunks and rattle snakes, the place was amazing.
The north wind blew hard and true cutting through every layer I had on. And the rain seemed to puddle right around every fire ring in the whole camp ground.
Ohh, and don't forget to bring your own water cause this place ain't got anything you can drink available. A large can of wasp spray will be handy if you want to use the pavilion or outhouse.

It's a great primitive camping spot. The bathrooms could definitely use some work, but overall, it was a good experience.

I love going to Billy Creek campground. It's a small area maybe 8 or 9 spots, all primitive, so your boondocking like a real camper. It did have two vault toilets, however the left side one didn't have a ring on the hole and the lock doesn't work on the right side. Just make noise when you hear people coming.
LOTS of utv traffic in the area especially being that I stayed on a weekend. They do stay out late sometimes last midnight. They are LOUD so if that's not your jam come on a weekday instead. Plenty of hiking to be done and if it's been raining the creek itself will be a pretty turquoise color.
No bigfoot seen but their supposed to be in the area so keep an eye out!!
