What Guests Are Saying
Abe's RV Park offers a quiet atmosphere and a respectful community, making it a decent long-term stay option. While the park shows signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness, the attentive staff and their commitment to customer service stand out positively. Conveniently located near amenities, the park has basic wifi and full hookups, although some improvements are needed, such as addressing road conditions and facilities.

I've been staying here for over 6months now it's a pretty nice park would be better if the roads were better maintained but it's a nice park and it's quiet unless you up front then you get a bunch of hwy noise but overall a good experience everyone is respectful and neighborly

In its hay-day, I'm sure it WAS an amazing place. It's pretty run down, nothing to look at. The office is packed with boxes and out of order vending machines.
It does have basic wifi and full hookup up. It is literally off I-35, which makes for a noisy stay. Billy HAS to check your electric plug and he plugs it in for you. Nice guy.

They say that the culture of a business is defined by what they do when things don't go as planned. I won't get into the details, but there was a misunderstanding and these folks stepped up and did the right thing. I didn't ask for it, they weren't forced to do it. It came from their heart. The owners/managers are good people. The park is filled with full-timers and we found them to be pleasant in our stroll thru the park. I highly recommend Abe's.

This park was okay—not great, but not terrible. We came in with realistic expectations, knowing it was more of a long-term stay park. Some areas were a bit run down and could use some cleanup, and the roads weren’t in the best shape. That said, it does look like there may be plans for expansion. One positive note: the staff was very attentive about checking our electrical hookup to make sure everything was safe and working properly, which we appreciated.

Not much to say, the park is not well maintained. Power pedestal was held together with duct tape, stray cats wandered the property, including in and out of unattended trailers. The majority of folks were long-term stays and there was an ample amount of clutter among the trailers. There are no showers or toilets at the park. The sewer pipe at our site was broken and covered with a piece of broken concrete block.
Interesting that they inspected and cleaned my power cord and waited at the site till we were connected and I verified the microwave was powered on.
Beware the steep entry into the park. There are a lot of scrape marks at the transition from the frontage road into the park.
On the upside, Loves was less than 1/2 mile away and had reasonable fuel prices.
