Our son has lived here for several months. The property is well kept and very peaceful. The owners, Shawn and Dawn, have been very helpful and are super nice people. We attended one of the Cedar Lake get-togethers a few weeks ago and met so many nice neighbors!! This little community was the perfect spot for our son. We are thankful we found it!!!

Nice Mobile Home and RV park. Nice, quiet place to live in town. The owner is very helpful, and quick to help with your needs and or questions. The resident fishing ponds are nice too. If not just for a relaxing view of the water.

Excellent park with owners who really look out for the residents. I appreciate our neighborhood social events, which vary year to year. This is a family owned park and is quiet, which we really appreciate. Rent is affordable compared to the cost of living in this part of town so it’s just right for us. Currently there is a waiting list to get into the park which is 100% understandable. We’ve been here 2+ years and love the convenience to shopping and medical care as well. Added plus is there is a tornado shelter for residents’ safety during storm season. Not a resort style park, just a quiet place to live. 5 ⭐️ review here!

Stayed there for seven months while working in OKC. Shawn and his wife, who run the place, are very nice, accommodating people. The park is clean, the people are nice, the fishing lake is great. It's close to lots of nice shopping and businesses. I've stayed in four other parks in OKC, most of which were dumps and ran by people who were very unprofessional and uncaring. I will be coming back to OKC to work again, and I hope there's a lot for me, because I can't imaging going somewhere else to stay.
