Relaxing, quiet and clean. Huge grassy area to play games and have fun with the kids or pets. The river access was lacking though. Wish we could've seen the river from our campsite but it's very overgrown. Being disabled I couldn't make it down the steep hill to get to the river.

If you like river bank camping Rattan landing is the place to go, when the river is low the banks at some of the camp locations are steep to navigate but at other camp areas the river is easy to get to. Early spring when Kimachi river is up the fishing is good I've seen up to 47 pound catfish caught off the bank on rod and reel. Shopping can be done in Rattan and Antlers less than 10 miles away for food, adult beverages and other items either East or West on highway 3-7.

I, took My Sons, Grandsons and Great Grandson for a week Hunting Trip. We stayed at the Park and I can say that it was the best outting that I can remember in my lifetime and I am 80 Years Old. The Park was clean, quiet and very well kept. They have water and electric (30 amp) hookups. Our site was on the bank of the river and what a beautiful view. We are already planning a return trip.

If you like being on a river bank this is the place to go. Make your reservations before you get there because cell phone service is in and out really low signal. Family dollar, grocery and liquor stores less than eight miles away east or west. In early spring when the river is up bank and jug fishing are good for catfish. They have a nice boat ramp and plenty of parking spaces. The park is always clean and freshly mowed.
