Awesome site.
Saw deer moving thru park.
Very clean bathroom and shower facilities
Host campers need to inspect sites for microtrash better.

Very nice campground - it was my first time camping so don’t have a lot to compare it to but the sites were a good size and site 56 has a nice view and is partly shaded. Bathrooms are clean and well-Mai gained, though a little far from Site C56 at night. Wasn’t a problem, just something to be aware of. Really enjoyed my weekend here.

I have camped at this park many times and it is always clean. The area was quiet the 3 days we were there and we enjoyed our visit very much.

I have always had good experiences except for the occasional dog or dogs that are not leashed or tied up at other campsites. I have had several dogs charge at me over the past years camping there . Any issues I have had I have told the camp host and they have been taking care of.but there are the occasional camper that doesn’t seem to care if there dogs are not leashed. I think there needs to be a little more patrols of park rangers. I was there a full week recently and I didn’t see any this time

Good spot, close to the restrooms (which were VERY clean) and a short walk to the lake!

My family loves camping at Buckhorn. There are plenty of swimming areas. Great Lake for boating, jet skis, and kayaks. A few trails to hike, but mainly paved roads at Buckhorn.

Campsite was clean. Bit of a hike to the restrooms. It's close to the amphitheater and not far from a couple swimming areas. I would stay at this site again.

My kid loved it. Trash is an issue though.

Site C21 was quite steep and kinda short so set up was a challenge but doable. There was a trash can near the site that smelled, but was emptied regularly. The camp host was very nice and available and the bathrooms/showers were clean and nice.
