Very nice campsite for our group. Lots of shade, nice fire ring and picnic table.
The camp hosts were jewels.

This campground is top notch! Clean bathrooms, park ranger on constant patrol, zero tolerance for late night noise. 5 stars! Not to mention the Chickasaw National Rec. Area was the nicest places we’ve visited in Oklahoma. If you are looking for a wonderful place to take your family camping with a ton of things to do at a park that is tended to like a professional golf course this is the place ! I have to say great Job Chickasaw Nation !

From I-35, take Exit 55 and drive toward Davis. Once in Davis, go east on Highway 7 to the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. For Rock Creek Campground, Veterans Lake, and Veteran's Lake Pavilion, drive approximately 7 miles (11.2 km) east of Davis to the traffic light on 12th street in the city of Sulphur. Turn right on 12th Street for approximately .6 miles (1 km). Turn right at the stop sign. Rock Creek Campground will be less than 1/2 a mile down the road to the right. Look for the large wooden sign with the campground name.

General
- Rock Creek Group Camp has spotty cell coverage and no electric hookups. Please plan accordingly.
- If no Camp Host is available but you still require a Ranger for non-emergencies, call Murray County dispatch at 580-622-3918.
- Frequent weather changes occur. Be prepared for severe heat, wind, rain and possible tornadoes.
- Don't Move Firewood: Help protect our forests! Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood at or near your destination and burning it on-site. Moving firewood is illegal in some states. Visit dontmovefirewood.org to learn more.
