This campground is top notch! Clean bathrooms, park ranger on constant patrol, zero tolerance for late night noise. 5 stars! Not to mention the Chickasaw National Rec. Area was the nicest places we’ve visited in Oklahoma. If you are looking for a wonderful place to take your family camping with a ton of things to do at a park that is tended to like a professional golf course this is the place ! I have to say great Job Chickasaw Nation !

From I-35, take Exit 55 and drive toward Davis. Once in Davis, go east on Highway 7 to the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. For Rock Creek Campground, Veterans Lake, and Veteran's Lake Pavilion, drive approximately 7 mi (7 mi) east of Davis to the traffic light on 12th street in the city of Sulphur. Turn right on 12th Street for approximately .6 mi (0.6 mi). Turn right at the stop sign. Rock Creek Campground will be less than 1/2 a mile down the road to the right. Look for the large wooden sign with the campground name.
