What Guests Are Saying

Echota Village RV offers a generally quiet and clean atmosphere, making it a pleasant place for some visitors. However, many reviews highlight issues with unkempt grounds, a lack of responsive management, and problems with reserved campsites being occupied by long-term residents. While the management has been helpful in some instances, a significant number of guests expressed concerns about safety, cleanliness, and inadequate customer service, leading to a reluctance to return.

We stayed here a little bit over a year ago and it was a pleasant place. It was quiet and clean. The only issue is we never saw any kind of camp host in the 3 days we were here. This time around I had seen a note indicating a discount if booked through their facebook page. When I looked it up there really was an offer for $10 off a night. However I could never get a booking to come up via this route. I left a message and eventually got a reply and was told they would have someone call me soon. Never heard back!. Ended up just booking through the regular site. Was offered and opportunity to select a prefered camp site, but that is an extra expense. Chose to forgo that and was glad... Upon arrival the spot I had wanted was occupied by a tent and the area was trashed. Looked like a homeless camp.... Seems in the last year the RV park has gone to renting their spots to long term residents and it shows. The place is generally a mess. It is still quiet and convenient but without a host on site and the general conditions we found, we will not be returning to this RV park again anytime soon.

Campsite is nice. Used them before.
BUT if you need to cancel, they don't answer their phone or respond to your emails. Sent multiple emails, called multiple times. They answered once saying they would take care of cancelation. Gave me no confirmation about it. Was supposed to get a partial refund. Gave the my money, no refund.

My family and I reserved a RV spot at this location for the weekend. We pulled in and left immediately. Forfeited our money and booked down the street.

The grounds are completely unkept and the residents gave me Breaking Bad vibes. Did not feel safe for me and family to stay there

When we showed our spot already had someone in it so we spent the 1st 2 hours trying to figure out where to set up because no one was in the office and the phone was going straight to voice mail, we finally found someone and got it figured out and set up. The management was great at helping up figure out where to set up. The people that live there year round however are on a power trip, yelling at every car that drives thru, telling people where they can and can not park, yelled at me for going 7mph because its "FIVE MILES AN HOUR" BUT they personally where FLYING thru the camp ground, had one of their friends with a VERY loud exhaust back firing on purpose less then 15 feet from our tent at around 11:30 at night sounding like GUN SHOTS! Management you need to get those people out of there, spot 1, 2 and 3 to be more specific because they are the reason we will not be back.. one of the men at spot 2 was nice and helped us try and figure out the parking situation but his wife or whoever was there yelling at people needs to get off her high horse.. she lives in the trailer park, she is not management, she has zero right to be going around acting like that!

I booked this RV Park for my family and I to stay here for the 4th of July weekend 2026. When I drove through this park a couple months previous it was a very nice looking Park. When I arrived there was somebody living in my campsite which I was guaranteed the campsite and paid extra for. There's about six or seven full-time campers in there with trash everywhere broken down vehicles violent dogs. The same thing happened to my daughter-in-law when she showed up the day before me. Somebody was full-time living in her spot which she paid extra for. The customer service was not there at all. Nobody answered the phone number. This is probably the worst place I've stayed in years. I will not stay again. If you have dogs I would highly not recommend this park because the people that live there have their dogs off leash running around. For the price of $55 a night for an RV hookup was way overpriced for what we got. I couldn't even hook up my water hose to my pedestal because the full-time living people were using it and they had their Pitbull tied up right by it where I couldn't reach it.
