General condition of campsites was poor. Crumbling asphalt and concrete. Dead trees falling causing vehicle damage. Restrooms and showers not clean.

The park is overall nice. Due to the park flooding every year, there are a couple of things that need maintenance. It doesn’t seem that the grass is mowed as much as in years past. It is not terribly tall but could have been shorter when we were there. The table in our space was in bad shape. The rubber coating was coming off and there were rusted metal pieces sticking out that could have injured someone. We did not use the table at all. I,m sure it was from being submersed in the water for so long. Space was clean others than the grass and table.

I live near another lake, but enjoy coming here. Camp host are great people, and they always seem to have the best camp volunteers.

We stayed in Lot 16. It had great views of the lake, provided the other lots in front of you were empty and they were when we were there. Lot 16 was a bit challenging, some uneven. We are new at camping but eventually we got our travel trailer leveled and operational. They have a dump station which is really nice. Getting in and out of the lots were easy, pull throughs. The hosts were just awesome, so accommodating and going above and beyond to make your stay as special as possible. It was so quiet and beautiful there. We can't say enough good things about Blue Bill. After leaving Blue Bill we purchased a portable septic tank that we can empty our trailer and pull it up to the dump station with our truck, thus saving having to move the trailer, which is a pain. It will be so much more enjoyable next time. We witnessed another camper doing and thought it was a great idea. They had a lot of gnats after dark so take some apple cider vinegar and soap and that will take care of that problem. Be Blessed.
