My only complaint would be the ticks but I'm not sure if that can be helped. Spaying may be a good option.

There are so many reasons I love Rocky Point. The hosts are very kind and attentive. They do rounds and stop to be sure your stay has been a good one.
The views are fantastic.
Most of the time it’s peaceful and no loud music. If there is something or someone disruptive the hosts are right on it and handle it as discreetly as possible.
I’ve stayed at Rocky Point at least 20 times for 2 weeks each visit in the past three years and there hasn’t been an exception to what I’ve described above.
