Stay was very nice. My first pad, site 96 had a broken water line and was flooded. The gate attendant was quick to assign me another spot of my choice in very short order. It is the end of the season, but the grass had not been mowed in weeks. It wasn't that tall, due to a lack of rain, but there were some very tall grasses at every campsite, especially around edges of windshades, and grills. Very annoying. Perhaps in the future, your grounds maintenance contractor can send a team out to do line trimming. Understand, however, its the end of the season, and the Contracting Officer simply doesn't care.
Otherwise, a very nice stay. Park was clean, staff was friendly and a good time was had by all. Thanks.

Always love camping at Waurika. One thing which would enhance the experience is to add fire pits to each campsite. Also, perhaps in the future, add some sort of insect control to the maintenance contract.
