It’s a nice park. Very nice swim area for the kids and playground. The facility does have showers. However, on the women’s side, the shower was full of bugs bugs all over the floor. Also the shower did not drain fast. While showering the water started climbing up over my feet. The showers really need some attention. Clear the drains so you’re not standing in dirty nasty water. It smelled when the water started backing up. Which tells me It has been backing up for a while. Not sure how the men’s side was.

Always have a great time camping at Kiowa 1.
I do feel like the grass needs to be mowed around the outer side of the banks. Walking down to the water can be a bit challenging in the tall grass.
Bathrooms need to be attended more and kept cleaner. Trash and spider webs.
