We made a reservation for 2 nights, but on our way the first day, we discovered a brake leak on our truck. We had to turn around and call Ford in hopes to get it fixed asap. I called this park, hoping to move our 2 night reservation by a day. They were full, so we opted to just stay the one night. When we checked in, I noticed we were charged for both nights. Yes, there is a 72 hour policy to cancel. How do you do that when you have car trouble on the way there? I called and asked, and even spoke to the manager - "nothing they could do". Really?? We are full time RVers for 8+ years. and have never experienced this before. So, just be ready if you have an emergency -no leeway at all, which is a crock. No customer service at all. Also, don't be fooled by the lovely drive into the woods on their website. It is right along the highway. Nice. Just spreading the word.

Great campground, but a little noisy right beside I -40. Kept very clean. Shower house is large and clean; however, the water pressure is low and it takes forever to get hot. It com es out of the sinks boiling for some reason. Other than the showers, it's all great.

If there were an Olympic event for hospitality, the Campground Collective in Oklahoma City would be taking home gold, silver, and bronze.
From the moment we arrived, it felt less like checking into a campground and more like being welcomed into some kind of perfectly curated outdoor RV Resort, run by people who genuinely care—and I mean next-level, above-and-beyond, “are these people secretly mind readers?” kind of care. Enter Colt and Sarah, the undeniable MVPs of the entire experience.
Colt operates with the calm confidence of someone who has seen it all and solved it all—before you even realize there’s something to solve. Need help backing into your spot? He’s there. Random question about literally anything? Colt’s got an answer, a solution, and probably a better option you didn’t even think of.
And then there’s Sarah—an absolute force of positivity and warmth. If sunshine were a person, it would still be slightly less radiant than her. She somehow manages to make every guest feel like a VIP, remembering names, checking in at just the right moments, and making sure every tiny detail is perfect. It’s not just service—it’s an experience, and she orchestrates it flawlessly.
Together, Colt and Sarah create this atmosphere that’s equal parts luxury retreat, backyard hangout, and “why don’t I just live here now?” comfort zone. The grounds are pristine, the vibe is chill, and the level of attention is borderline legendary.
Honestly, calling this place a campground feels like an understatement. It’s a masterclass in hospitality, powered by two people who clearly love what they do—and are ridiculously good at it.
Do yourself a favor: go for the campground, stay for Colt and Sarah, and leave wondering why every place in the world isn’t run this well.

Very conveniently located off the highway. However that creates a noise issue. It is worth the extra $15 to upgrade to a less noisy area of the park. Staff is awesome, they let us do birthday presents with our daughter and grandson in the huge clubhouse. We played ping pong and shuffleboard as we waited on the kids to arrive. One of the biggest perks to us is the dog friendly atmosphere. The dog park is next level clean all the time. It truly gives our little pups an area to work off energy when they are cramped up in the camper for a weekend. We have stayed here many times over the years and always been pleased with our stay. After new ownership took over, rates have increased quite a bit but the convenience factor is too good to find another place.

This is the best of the best RV park we’ve experienced. The park is paved (no gravel) with drive thru sites, grass always neatly trimmed and no garbage anywhere in site. In short, it’s meticulously kept. The community clubhouse and game room is next level as is the pool, laundry and rest rooms are spotlessly maintained.
The onsite managers, Colt, Sara and Chaz were most helpful, courteous and professional. When we arrived, we experienced some ‘newbie’ challenges and Colt and Sara graciously offered advice that we eagerly took and it made our stay of 4 months enjoyable, relaxing and uneventful.
The atmosphere in the park was comfortable and friendly, and we enjoyed several scheduled community events that gave us an opportunity to relax and meet other visitors.
There are plenty of resources close by the park, such as restaurants and shopping that made daily living easy. Being a 24-hour gated community, there is an added sense of security which was much appreciated. The dog parks were a perfect place for our pup to be off leash and they were always clean.
Colt, Sara and Chaz continuously went above and beyond our expectations with every interaction. We highly recommend this RV park and we’re looking forward to our next visit!
