The camp was very clean and quiet. The restrooms were excellent and the fish cleaning station was perfect

Union Creek Campground is a well-maintained and peaceful destination, praised for its spacious sites and friendly camp hosts. While some visitors noted the lake's low water levels and challenges accessing it, many enjoyed the clean facilities, abundant hiking trails, and overall quiet atmosphere. Our favorite early season campground in Oregon. Campground hosts are always wonderful and the bathrooms are the most immaculate of any campground we have visited. EVER!

Nice campground, I like having water and electric. Too bad the water is so low.

Campground is clean and shady (full hook-up sites). We enjoyed checking out the surrounding towns and ghost towns.

Beautiful campground on the water. Very well maintained. Friendly hosts. Nice nearby trails.
There are first come first serve walk up sites next to the group spots. They do not show on the map. As a result, you are not quite as secluded as the site map makes it appear

What a wonderful campground! Even though the water is low we had a fantastic time.
The trail around the lake is beautiful and our group campsite was huge!
Also, I don’t think I have seen campground restrooms that clean!

From Baker City, Oregon, travel south on Highway 7 for about 18 mi. The campground and day-use entrance is on the left side of the road. Follow the signs in the Union Creek Recreation Area down to the various campground loops and areas.
