Willow Prairie Horsecamp is highly praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and attentive camp host, Dawn Cavanaugh. Reviewers appreciate the spacious campsites, excellent water troughs, and a variety of enjoyable trails that start right from the camp. While some minor improvements were noted regarding site leveling and safety of corrals, the overall experience is described as fantastic, peaceful, and supportive of equestrian activities.

Camp host Dawn was very helpful. Sites were spacious. Camp was clean. Trails were clear and pretty level. Signage could be a bit better.

The trails are suburb! Lots of single track, or road riding if you prefer that. Great Map and trails very well marked. 4 days of riding and there are still trails out there that I did not get to ride. No dust and most riding is under trees so cool and shady. I also like it because the terrain is mostly flat with no scary hills to climb or traverse. Camp Host, Dawn, takes great care of the place and she is so very helpful when needed. I have camped at almost all the horse camps in Oregon and this place has climbed to my #1 place to camp and ride!

We had a fabulous time at Willow Prairie Horse Camp. Our host, Dawn, did a wonderful job of keeping the camp clean. She was so welcoming and helpful. The volunteers are doing a great job of clearing trails and I especially appreciate the trail signage. Although we live 5+ hours away, we plan to be back next year!

The trails are amazing. Dawn Cavanaugh, the camp host, is the best ever! She was super helpful, and very knowledgeable about all the campers and trail conditions. The camp is in great shape because of her and all the volunteers that come in to help. Definitely going back.
