Checked in for a 2 week stay. Dawn at the front desk was amazing. She spent as much time as was needed and answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. We've been here before and it was rundown but it looks good now. They're making all kinds of improvements.

Dawn is amazing. She’s friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Her positive attitude and great customer service really make this RV park a great place to stay. Thanks for everything, Dawn!

My wife and I have recently began our journey into the full time RV life- That being said we have learned a lot about destination trailers vs. other types and ours just so happens to be the kind that parks tend to not have room for or availability year round. We were having a lot of trouble and found that some parks with even a simple phone call had awful customer service, they weren't warm and welcoming, it was like they didn't want the business. DAWN, who I have not met in person, but have spoken to on the phone, made my day- She is professional in the most park friendly way, IDK what all these bad reviews are about, I drove by the park to check out the spots and overall feel of the park at night(as some of these parks can be sketchy) and found that this park is clean and looks to be home to quite a few different kinds of stays, from short term small trailers to Tiny homes. Everything was calm, clean and there are no signs of anything that could be a red flag. Sure a couple lamp posts are dirty or knocked down, things happen, the park is HUGE. Nothing a little maintenance or the right handy man cant fix. The grass looked neat, the trash looked neat, and people seemed very comfortable. Drive by and see for yourselves. Thank you Dawn for the information and we cant wait to be a part of the community!

I previously reviewed this property, and to be honest, I’ve changed my mind.

After seeing how responsive the staff has been and how much they genuinely care about public feedback, I feel they deserve recognition. In a time when it can feel like people don’t prioritize service or accountability the way they used to, this team clearly does. They were attentive, respectful, and proactive — and that matters.

The property itself is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The grounds are clean, organized, and thoughtfully kept. The residents seem to share that same pride — the RVs and manufactured homes are newer, clean, and everything is well groomed and neatly put away outside of each individual dwelling. It creates a cohesive, respectful environment that feels intentional and cared for.

There’s also a cool little clubhouse and a very nice laundry facility for those who don’t have units with washers and dryers. Those shared amenities are clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall feeling that this is a community, not just a place to park or live.

I appreciate their time, their effort, and their willingness to engage. Five stars for doing it right and for showing that hard work, pride, and integrity still exist.

Great staff! Property grounds were well taken care of, and surprisingly enough, the area was quieter than I expected for an urban area campground. Well, excluding the planes fly over the area as it's in the path of the Portland airport. But I got use to it, especially since it wasn't in the properties control.

Thanks to Christine, Sammi, Dawn, and Michelle. I'll be back again!
