It's a beautiful spot. Down below the Highway so no traffic noise. Wonderful trees and nice spacing between camp spaces.

Horseshoe Bend Campground offers a beautiful, peaceful setting along the North Umpqua River, with clean and spacious sites, many providing river access. The campground is well-maintained, with a friendly camp host who enhances the welcoming atmosphere. While there are some concerns regarding restroom maintenance, the overall experience, including the scenic location and access to outdoor activities, makes it a favorite among campers.

Great and quiet space. No running water. Great location with plenty of waterfalls 20 minutes drive in each direction.

Beautiful sites along the Umpqua River. Quiet and peaceful. Convenient proximity to Crater Lake. Good fishing and kayaking. No running water while we were there which was the biggest downfall. Not great for toddlers who may wander too close to the fast flowing river.

Rick and Joyce met us with a warm welcome. The camp site and the camp ground was beautiful and clean. The river was awesome and you can fly fish the river all around the campground with easy access to the river. Dry Creek Store is only about 3 mi away which is convenient should you need anything. Not too far up the road is Watson Falls...a beautiful waterfall, the tallest is SW Oregon. It's a rigorous hike to the falls, but very beautiful. Horseshoe Bend is a great camp ground!
