Whitehorse RV Village

This is a very nice RV park. It’s quiet and peaceful — a place to hang your hat for a few months or a few years. Communication with management is excellent, which is rare these days. Whenever there’s a maintenance need, like water or power being shut off, the manager is on top of it right away, sending out a message so you’re never left wondering why the faucet suddenly went dry.

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for a few months when we moved to Oregon, and it really was a nice place to stay.

I would recommend it. Some spots are a little tight, but the folks here are so quiet and chill that it matters less.

The location is great. It’s right behind Whitehorse County Park, which has a nice chunk of land for walking your dog. Behind that is BLM land with a boat launch and even more public land to let your dog off leash. Overall, it’s peaceful, and if you like being outside, you’ve got quick, easy access to trails, water, and open space.

There are a lot of stray cats in the park — not sure where they all came from — and they can be a nuisance. We’ve found them sitting on other people’s cars at night, sitting in our chairs, and even pooping in them on one occasion (so we stopped putting them out).

Aside from the cats, this is a nice place to call home.

We’ve lived at White Horse RV Park in Grants Pass for almost 4 years and have really enjoyed it. It’s a quiet, well-kept park, and we’ve never had issues with loud noises or disturbances (only from the State Park next door, but those have been few and far between). There have been some nice improvements over time, and the bathrooms and laundry facilities are kept up regularly. One thing we especially appreciate is that there’s no 10-year rule, so there’s a good mix of older RVs in the park as long as they’re well maintained. Pets are allowed, which has been great for us, and having access to the Rogue River through Whitehorse State Park next door is another big plus. Overall, it’s been a peaceful place to live.

I've lived here for awhile now. It is so quiet here. ALL my neighbors are wonderful too. There's even a little dog park here! From the mature fruit trees to the large green lawns for us to enjoy, it's a really nice park now.
Everyone watches out for everyone. The laundry room has newer machines, and is reasonably priced. Before moving in I had heard the bad stories about this place. It's different now. No more unruly tenants. The place is clean, and quiet. I'm glad I moved here. !!!

White horse rv park used to have the best burgers frys and secret sauce in town. Then it was bought by new owners and they did what new owners do and remodel and away with what made it worth the 8 mile drive out of town to begin with the food. Why is it in the modern age when somone wants to buy or renovate somthing they always break it and make it worse instead of just leaving what was good and perfect alone? Great clean camp and quite but 1 star because you took away the best part of White horse rv. The Food and reason to get away from Grants pass noise and racket.

Nice and quiet park. People that are helpful and friendly. No loud arguments and hot rods driving recklessly. Lots of birds and wildlife. I've been here for three years and love it.
