Beautiful spot. Busy the night we stayed. Restrooms near camp host much better than outlying restooms.

This is an excellent campsite which was close to showers, bathrooms, and the dump station. Facilities were clean and there were many fresh water spigots around the loop. Trailer access was exceptional with a LONG driveway to back into and plenty of width on the main road for maneuvering, there were also no obstructions or blind hazards. The fire pits are extremely tall and the campfire experience felt really safe (other campgrounds have pits that overflow onto the ground, this one was well over two feet above the ground all around and also had a nice grill for cooking). This site had plenty of perfect trees for hammock hanging and also had dispersed light throughout the day, there was always a good spot for shade.
We loved the site and campground and appreciated having so much space to relax. The camp host was very responsive when a neighboring site ran their generator and blared music til well after 11:00 p.m., they came over to help when the neighbor was unresponsive to us when we knocked on their door. The host also followed up the next day to be sure everyone was good, giving the campers a second chance instead of asking them to leave (which was nice).
There are miles and miles of trails to explore as well as horseback riding, boat rentals, lovely creeks, the lake, Crater Lake (SO close), and more! Visit the visitors center on your way in so you have the information you need in order to plan your best adventure.

Nice campsites spaced very far apart in G loop. Glad I have an RV because the bathrooms and showers were not very clean. Frsh water spigots spaced nicely close to most sites. Camp hosts were very helpful but there weren't enough of them to adequately service the whole campground. Trash bins were overflowing because there weren't enough of them. Luckily no bears. Also no bear boxes. Some mosquitos but they didn't bother me. The spiders however, were on parade EVERYWHERE. Were there in early July. We'll go back next June and hope it's cooler.

The campsite was well maintained and close to the restrooms. It was a short walk to some beautiful views, too! There were entire swarms of mosquitos, so I advise packing tons of bug repellant. We heard wolves at night, which was fascinating because I'd never heard a pack of them howl before.
