Diamond Lake was our base for exploring Crater Lake and the Rogue Umpqua Scenic Byway. Such a beautiful part of our country! The waterfalls within a short distance of Diamond Lake are fabulous!

A large campground situated on the shores of Diamond Lake, we were dry camping there for four days. A eleven mile paved bike path circles the lake, first through a lovely forest and then following the shore. It was a great workout for those who use peddle power but e-bikes were also welcome! Showers available with suggested donations. Boat ramp and lake access for swimming. No fires allowed at this time. (August 2021) Near the Crater Lake National Park. A must see!

We stayed in the south m loop second week august. Mosquitos were not a problem. Pretty quiet for a large campground. Showers were a plus. Very little trail hiking through cg mainly paved roads excellent for bike riding. Rangers very nice.

The trip was great. There were no bugs (just ants)- it was pretty amazing- not one mosquito. The weather was great. The sites are not very level at all... that took a toll on our backs- but with us being right on the lake it was wonderful. Bathrooms were clean- didn't use the shower. Stayed in M loop. Next time will look to find a spot on the lake that is more level.

This a nice campground, most sites are large and offer good privacy. Another plus is that showers are available.

I love the park and stayed twice this summer. Dog poop stations would be great. I found there were lots of feces piles around and maybe having bags available would help.
