lovely campground with plenty of space between sites. nice mix of sun and shade in the sites! shower room was a nice bonus but on the men’s side, all the temperature controls had been removed! for such a large place, it did not feel crowded or busy though it was full.

bought 3 campsites for a family reunion thinking they would be close together. Unfortunately, they were distanced apart from each other so instead 2 campsites were more used for parking and 1 we put all tents and the trailer at. Overall, good for family time just wish there was a better map to plan events in the future.

Diamond Lake Campground as beautiful as ever. Campsites were clean and restrooms in our area was kept very clean. The showers in the North end were hot and amazing water pressure. So many amazing hikes in the area, waterfalls and other lakes to visit. I would recommend though before you visit, you contact the Umpqua Forest headquarters to get brochures and info as the campground entrance station and visitor center were open only 4 days a week.

The restroom next to our campsite was out of order for what was told to us for the whole summer... we were told not enough funds to repair... camp host told us it was simply a broken pipe and an easy fix...even had a caper who was a plumber and volunteered to fix it... this is totally unacceptable when I talked to campers close by and we were willing to each donate to get it fixed... I have been camping here for years and cannot accept or excuse such poor accommodations for a dry camping campground facility

Lovely widespread campground! We were in site M001 with access to the lake in only a few steps. Perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy the lake. Make sure to bring chairs to do so. Close to the boat ramp.

This was a great campground with exceptionally clean bathrooms/showers and hot water. There was plenty of space between campsites and if you’re able to get a spot on the lake, the views are beautiful. We didn’t interact with the camp hosts, but they seemed well set-up and had WiFi access available. The only struggle with the campground was trying to find a place to clean dishes. Some people were washing in the bathrooms sink (again, great hot water), but I wish there was a designated site for that task. If there was, I didn’t see it.
