Great Campground, Our spot H029 was great and last folks left their firewood which was appreciated. Was warned about mosquitoes so came prepared. Arrived early evening and the mosquitos were around but not too annoying. The morning time was the worst though with mosquitoes, so start your day with the Deet. Beautiful views and close to bathroom. We were row 3 near the main road but not noisy. The most unsatisfactory part were the loud folks 11 PM on. The sounds really seem to be amplified here. Enjoyed for the one night but mosquitoes definitely made me happy to get back on the road. Not sure I could handle them any longer. Lots of Spiders as well.

Nice, open site. Easy access to the lake. Restrooms nearby. Couldn't have a campfire due to extreme fire danger. Other campers very courteous and quiet after 10 p.m.

The bathrooms were disgusting, not cleaned a single time while we were there. The grounds were not kept up, tall weeds everywhere causing an incredible amount of mosquitoes.

This was my first time visiting and camping at Diamond Lake. We had a campsite in the "D" section, which for the most part was fine. It is by the main campground road, so there are cars going by here and there. Unless you are a very light sleeper, it isn't the biggest of deals, but we definitely will aim for a site further away and closer to the water next time. The camp host was very nice and helpful. The bathrooms were clean enough for a campground, but did run out of toilet paper the same day we arrived (so bring your own, hand soap as well). We drove up to Crater Lake one day, which was amazing. Overall a great time.

Host vor Ort!
Self Check In.
Toiletten nicht im besten Zustand.
Aufgrund Wetterlage (kalt und windig) waren die Duschen dauerbelegt und die Nutzung nicht möglich!

Diamond Lake is becoming an annual destination for our family. The fishing, bike riding and hiking are great. We typically go in the fall (this is the first time we have been able to make a reservation - usually the sites are first come, first serve when we have been there). If you have need for(Verizon) cell phone or internet service, it is little to none. Meaning that we had a little bit of service in the morning and as the day wore on we (eventually) had none. Working from the road needed to be accomplished in the morning. We got a lead on better service at the boat ramp on the south end of the lake that we took advantage of one morning, but otherwise . . . it was a good excuse to enjoy our vacation!
We had some difficulty maneuvering the B loop and the K loop with our full size truck and 32 foot travel trailer. We opted to move into a site in the A loop that had ample space and maneuverability. Luckily we were there mid-week and other sites were available. If you are similar in size, you might want to consider avoiding the B and K loops.

Washrooms near campsite we’re not working. Only portapotties that were full. Water taps were 10 minutes away. Only one main shower that was not cleaned while we were ther .
