A34 is NOT suitable for a 50' trailer and a 50' RV, as the description suggests. The pull through has a steep approach and exit, with tree root humps on the end. There is about 35' of flat surface for parking. It's called a double site, but not for 2 rvs unless they're small. And there is only 1 picnic table. Pad is narrow, so tricky to out the RV steps out and no room for the outside rug, so tracking lots of dirt in. Fine for us, just making readers aware. Also, there's a large bush between the pad and fire pit/picnic table on one end, so the person on that end has a bit of a hike to the fire pit and picnic table that are up the slope a bit.
Sites in A loop are farther apart than other loops and access to lake is decent. There are no pit toilets- only porta potties-or garbages though.

Site A10 was big but on a literal hill no matter where our tents were placed we were sliding. Aside from that I lived the campground and all the amenities so close

This park is huge and has so much to offer! We took a dip in the lake and rode our bikes on the trail around the lake. The bike ride was magical. We definitely hope to come back one day and know now to reserve early and get a site on the lakeshore.

This is our favorite campground. The only thing I would recommend is make sure tree limbs aren’t going to obstruct rv slide outs.
We had to tie a dead overhead limb to a tree with a bungee cord so we could open our push out. 😎🏕️

When we arrived our spot had been taken by another group of campers, we spoke to the camp host who helped us into another spot as we couldn't find the folks that had taken our spot. The camp host was great! Was not a big fan of having our site stolen.

Highly recommend this campground, beautiful lake, loved the bike path around the lake, paved. There is a pizza cafe, not too far from our site, they sell ice cream, too. Nighttime was quiet, respectful neighbors. Bathrooms were kept clean. However, our site, H42, is on a short, steep uphill grade from the campground loop which made it tricky to back into; I would recommend this site for tents. The site is near the main road heading toward Diamond Lake Resort but it wasn't too noisy.

Diamond Lake is accessible via OR-138, which connects to US-97 and OR-62 within approximately 25 miles. From Klamath Falls or Bend, OR-138 can be reached via US-97.
