Incredibly poor angle to back a trailer into. Site was also uncomfortably close to the 45mph road and the bathroom. Multiple generators running until 1 or 2 am.
Couldn’t tell if there was more mosquitoes or people surrounding us.
We left after a night to go actual camping in a forest and forfeited our 3 remaining nights.

No host present at all. Intense amount of mosquitoes at 3pm. We couldn't even get our of the vehicle to access our camper. There were other spots that said reserved, but no one was there over night. We called and they said it was completely booked. We talked with another camper and they said the spot next to them was theirs but had been canceled and they never took down the sign. Don't you want people to camp when their are cancelations?

The campground should have been open at least a week earlier than it was. Excuse was they needed to cut down winter dead fall but there was very few trees cut down. Very little cut up wood for firewood was left in campground.

Jerry the camp host found us a site a day before our reservation. Then we moved to an unoccupied site right at the lake in loop C. C17 was great. Too bad there are no showers, but it was great.
