We stayed during the middle of the week for 4 days. It was quiet and relaxing. The restroom facilities were clean and well stocked. It was a pleasant stay.

Thielsen View Campground is well managed and maintained. We had an excellent visit with old friends - a camping reunion. We were able to get sites next to each other and could pull our boats up to the shoreline for easy access. The bathrooms are clean. I hope one day they can be replaced with modern, Romtec-style vault toilets as they would vent better and have better light. The skylights are covered with tree needles so they are quite dark in the day time and early evening. Thank you for taking good care of this gem!

I love this campground! It’s nice and shady. And being tight on the lake is wonderful.

Site B14 is great. It has a lot of space on both sides and the back from other sites. The campground was incredibly quiet on a summer weekend. It seemed noises and fires were out by 9:30.

Basically good. My campsite was clean when I arrived. The outhouse was clean, but was smelling not so good. It would be great to have Thielsen View upgraded to restrooms with running water, like Diamond Lake Campground.

Very nice campground with spacious spots and beautiful views. The area is lacking lake shore areas for being able to be by the water but other than that, and people that would not control their children, it was good.
