Emerald Valley RV Park

We arrived with a 45 ft 5th wheel and found that the had us assigned to a site that was to short and required a shark turn into to site. We spent about 30 minutes to get in the site but was not successful . We finally got assigned to another site after awhile. We then found that the park did not have personnel on site for more than 4 hours a day and some times no one was on site all day. I got a copy my receipt and noticed a $20 lock fee for a site that could not be used. I had to request the receipt several times. This is also the only park that does not offer veterans a discount.

I've been here at EVRVP for seven years. I don't have anything bad to say. The staff are great. Bathrooms are always super clean. I always have good neighbors. The place is quiet. It's very well kept. I enjoy living here.

Small RV Park with pull-through sites and full hookups. Very clean bathrooms! Single shower available. Very friendly staff and reasonable rates. Parking additional vehicles can be tight.

I completed an application in March 2026, placed on a wait list for 2+ months, only to be told months later, that I was denied, because the corporate office couldn't accept my mixed dog. I was told that someone with the same name, had also applied and was approved, hence the mixup. As a veteran, I was not expecting such treatment. I would have preferred to know 2+ months ago, that my dog was a problem. My dog is always leashed, when we go for walks and has never been an issue anywhere. It's absolutely mind-boggling that an RV park would keep a person on a waitlist, telling them for 2+ months, still on waitlist, knowing all along, the dog is a problem.

We stay here to be close to family when we are traveling. Normally a few months in the summer. But we stayed the winter of 2024-2025. Steap driveways down the hill. Not great for snow & ice winters. Propane is at $4.50
Over the last few years alot of changes happened our last visit.
It is a quiet park. Friendly people. Mostly monthly residents. Spaces are decent. A little close. But not too tight. Not big rig Friendly over 45 feet. And they won't take you if pulling a full seperat trailer. If pulling a car. It must have 2 wheels on the ground.
Dog park is artificial now cleaned weekly and there are 2 other pet friendly areas in grass.
Spacious bathrooms. 3 Washers & dryers
It's hit or miss if avaliable or if working.
But $2 to wash & $1 to dry is great.
If too close to bottom your going to get some freeway noise. As it is just off I-5 exit.
Now $65 or more a night or $450 or more a week.
Monthly went up from when we were there was $725 a month plus electricity.
