This campground is always kept clean, camp hosts are always wonderful! Great family atmosphere and very close to ODNRA. This is my families favorite places to camp at the coast.

The campground was overall good; the location is awesome!
Most of the sites have trees or other natural vegetation that make great privacy barriers. Unfortunately, you might need to bring a chainsaw or a weed eater as they hang over into the parking spots.
Theft in this area is a huge problem. We had gas cans and coolers stolen from our camps overnight. Keep everything locked up or put away in an enclosed trailer. Don't leave any thing of value in your OHV's even if they have covers. Thieves will cut the covers open to look inside.

The host was very welcoming and professional. She provided detailed information about the location. The bathrooms were very clean. However, the campsites appeared run down as the picnic tables and benches were old/damaged. Guests had used the fire rings as trash cans. The sites looked old. We appreciated the crew maintaining the sand areas/grooming the lots. We thought it was strange that the location wasn’t better advertised as it did not appear on most of the area’s maps.

Very nice park, since we are not ORV people, this camp was not ideal for us..
