Tour was great, but the evenings light was so beautiful! We stay in Lakeside often and go there nearly every time. I feel bad, this is one of the worst pictures I've got of it, if that way, go there! Then do the tour the next day

One of the best state parks we have stayed in. Slept in the cabins. Bathrooms and grounds were very clean. Helpful host made everything easy. Great place!

Cute park! Best part was being able to go into the operational lighthouse (paid tour) and see it up close! Really neat to learn about! Still active coastgaurd site as well. Stop into the museum and gift shop, there's tons of stuff in it! I even managed to find a few things! Our tour guide was the best (unfortunately, cant remember his name). We will be back!

Winchester Bay is a beautiful place. I highly recommend taking the lighthouse tour where you can look inside the lighthouse and see how it works and all the beautiful glass. The tour was only $8 and it goes to preserving the landmark. Also, there's a great gift shop with food and snacks and it's just a really beautiful family friendly place to visit.

Very fun experience, our guide was amazing!! She did a great job of explaining the history and answering all our questions. Lighthouse are known for having a ghost but Umpqua lighthouse has something better!!!
