What Guests Are Saying
Graham Corral Horse Campground offers well-marked sites and easy access to numerous trails, making it a great spot for both large and small groups. Recent improvements include the installation of a 1,000-gallon stock water tank, though visitors should still consider bringing their own water for horses. While the roads can be washboard and dusty, the beautiful scenery and fantastic trails make it a worthwhile destination.

THEY FINALLY GOT WATER! Nice campground, it's changed a bit since I was last here. My favorite large campsite got cut in half so now its just off to the side with no stalls and very far from the corrals, so Loop 1 site 3 is a no go for me any more. Sites 4 and 5 have 4 horse stalls and are close to the corrals, bathroom, and water.

This campground is nice for large or small groups. There are several corral options and about 13 sites to choose from. Recently a 1,000 gallon stock water tank was added to site because the previously piped water no longer works. The tank is refilled by volunteers, so I'd recommend bringing your own stock water just in case. The road in from Hwy 20 is short, but the washboard is bad, about 10mph seemed like the sweet spot to keep your teeth from rattling out. Lots of miles of easy trails and dirt roads, great from green horses. It's really dry and dusty, so walking around creates a bit of a dust cloud, but the open scenery and mountain views are worth it. Really beautiful trails and area. There are some houses close to the campground, which feels odd, but you really don't notice them. Great place!

The OET put a huge water tank for stock in at the campground. Wonderful addition. The 3 miles in on the FS road is really washboard and dusty but the trails here are fabulous.

Graham Corral is a beautiful camp with many different rides available, especially for the beginning of the camping season since there are many without much elevation gain.
I would like to have seen evidence of more upkeep of the large corrals and wooden corrals - many rails are broken or being held in by baling twine.
You do have to bring water in for the horses

Very clean camp, no host when we were there. Nice corrals and camp areas. Clean restrooms. You might try to talk the USFS into grading their mainline road, I know that is hard to do. Will you have any water in the future?

This horse camp would be perfect if stock water was available.

Graham needs to either haul in a water tank for horse water or lower their prices. The road in should be graded each spring. We won’t be back until we see both done. Otherwise it’s a lovely camp and the deschutes ladies coming through were very nice. Clean bathroom!
